Aging Hands

When we talk about aging, we often focus on the lines and age spots of the face. But did you know that the hands are the first to show age? Our hands are in water more than we realize. Water quickly dries out the thin skin of our hands by removing their natural oils. Keeping the thin skin of our hands moisturized is very important. Apply cream in your hands often.

Wear rubber gloves whenever you can in doing chores like washing dishes, washing our hair, bathing babies, etc.
