Home Exercise
Some of us exercise regularly at home. It may be every morning or every weekend. Some follow their own health program and exercise that would concentrate on a certain part of the body. Some do aerobics or weight training. If you have problems following some directions that are written on a book for training, there are also videos available that would help you keep fit. The videos have instructors explaining the concept of the workout and the things that will be done. They also show what and how it is done. Of course you will also need your own mat on the floor or some dumbells depending on the exercise that you choose. If you feel that the plasma is too low for you or that you are watching the video looking down, you can have the television on a mount for easier viewing. Different mounts can be used for the plasma. I guess the TV should be on eye level so that when you do the exercise your body will be straight starting from your head. The exercise would be easier and more fun. You could also ask some friends to join you.
