We don’t know what might happen while we’re walking. Some have experienced accidents and hurting their foot. Some would even have to wear braces to support their foot while walking. Good thing there are aircast walking boots that help with this dilemma. The braces help those who feel pain in their foot to feel a bit comfortable while providing support. The boots also help in healing fractures and other foot injuries.

It’s again the rainy season and the streets are so wet and sometimes flooded when it rains. We may just need rain boots for this season. It would protect our feet from those little puddles and a bit of flood if we need to walk through one. There are even rain boots for kids that have different designs that are fashionable. The boots would at least keep their feet dry until they get to where they are going.

No Mean Feet

Callouses, bunions, ingrown toenails, and corns are common ailments that our poor feet suffer. But more women than men experience these problems-thanks to our “form over function” mentality. Ultra-high heels, excessively pointed shoes, or ill-fitting footwear, place undue strain on our feet. Here, a few pointers on foot care:

feet

1. Bacteria or fungi develop in damp areas, so wipe your feet dry after washing them.

2. Avoid narrow, tight fitting, high heels. The tightness causes bunions, while the height exacts unnecessary pressure on your tendons.

3. When working out, wear shoes that will give your feet proper cushioning and support in the heel and arch area.
