Keeping Thin

We all need exercise and a proper diet. But with all the work and sometimes play we neglect our diet and exercise and after a time forget about it. We only start to think about it again when we feel like we are getting a bit heavier than usual. We also get tired easily. For some who don’t have time for exercise, they just take some diet pills like phentremine to help them lose weight even with less exercise. It’s a way for them to keep thin while keeping their busy schedules.
