On the Rug

It is good to go to the gym for exercise and to keep fit and healthy. Although it may seem that not all of us have the time for it. We all need exercise and the proper diet. We may not have time for the gym but maybe we can do our own exercise at home. If you feel there is no space to do it, maybe you can exercise in your room or in the living room. Just a little space is needed and you can do some sit ups on the floor, or maybe on the carpet. If you feel you need a bigger carpet just get some discount rugs that would not only serve as your exercise mat but also decorate and make the room feel and look better. At least now you will be on a soft floor doing some light exercise that would keep you fit and feeling light.
