No Mean Feet
Callouses, bunions, ingrown toenails, and corns are common ailments that our poor feet suffer. But more women than men experience these problems-thanks to our “form over function” mentality. Ultra-high heels, excessively pointed shoes, or ill-fitting footwear, place undue strain on our feet. Here, a few pointers on foot care:

1. Bacteria or fungi develop in damp areas, so wipe your feet dry after washing them.
2. Avoid narrow, tight fitting, high heels. The tightness causes bunions, while the height exacts unnecessary pressure on your tendons.
3. When working out, wear shoes that will give your feet proper cushioning and support in the heel and arch area.
